Henrietta Glass: Little Bird: The Golden Bird of Good Fortune

Henrietta Glass

What if the man who owned the goose that laid the golden egg had been grateful & generous, not greedy?

By killing the goose to get all her eggs at once he destroyed not only the mother goose and her future eggs, but also the possibility that some of those eggs might hatch... might become a flock of golden birds.

Good fortune grows when we water it with gratitude and when we share it. Give a golden bird to someone you want to share your good luck with or to whom you want to say thank you.

Henrietta Glass sculpts each Golden Bird of Good Fortune individually by hand, so they naturally develop a wide range of personalities through variations in beak shape/angle, tail length, and overall character.

Dimensions: Approximately 2.5"w (tail to beak) x 1.625"d x 1.75"h

Please Note: Because each bird is hand-sculpted from molten glass—shaped entirely without molds—dimensions will vary slightly.
